RETURNS POLICY
EXCHANGES & UNWANTED GOODS
For non-faulty products, unwanted Hardware Henry’s Vapes offers a 14-day exchange policy provided the item is unused and in its sealed original packaging.
You must inform our Customer Service Team of your decision by email: simon@henrysvapes.com. We ask you to include your name and order number inside the package.
Postage
Henry’s Vapes is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred unless the return is due to a faulty item or the wrong item has been shipped. The buyer will be required to pay in all other cases.
Henry’s Vapes is not responsible if the buyer posts an item for an exchange and the parcel is lost for reasons that are at the hands of either the buyer or the courier, Henry’s Vapes is not responsible and will not issue a replacement in this case.
We therefore would recommend a trackable service.
Conditions of Returns
Any items you would like to return must go through our customer service team which can be contacted via email simon@henrysvapes.com to notify them that you wish to return the item(s) and the reason you wish to do so. Our customer service team will provide you with a returns reference which you must include when returning your item(s), along with your details and original order number.
Any returns received without the above information will be classed as unauthorised and will be discarded of.

Items must be within the time frame stated in the relevant clause. Any later return will be processed the discretion of Henry’s Vapes.
If the buyer has complained about an item and upon inspection, it is discovered that there is no fault. A replacement will not be issued, the buyer will also be liable to pay any postage fees for the items to be returned, the buyer must do this within 14 days, or the item(s) will be discarded.
Henry’s Vapes reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions without any notice and all returns will be processed at the discretion of Henrys’ Vapes.
Henry’s Vapes warranty cannot guarantee any products but will cover manufacturing faults if present. Normal wear and tear are not covered by Henry’s Vapes.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order if we are yet to dispatch it. Please inform Customer service of your decision at simon@henrysvapes.com that you wish to cancel. A refund will be issued at the time of cancellation and can take up to 5 days to arrive.
SALE ITEMS
In the event of a sale or the purchase of an ex-display model, the right to a replacement, repair or refund is waived here.
OFFERS & FREE ITEMS
Henry’s Vapes offers & free items have no credit value and cannot be exchanged for something else on the website.
Henry’s Vapes holds the right to refusal at any time.
